In order to receive messages promptly, we recommend to activate Push services for teams that want to run Teampel on iOS or Android.Before turning on push service, make sure the machine where Teampel Server is on can access http://push.teampel.com and also their mobile devices have internet connection.
How to turn on:Select "Service" > "Push service" and switch "Start push service" on.Click "Save" button.
How to turn off:Select "Service" > "Push service" and switch "Start push service" off.
How to turn on:Select "Service" > "Push service", and switch "Push notification previews" on. And select your language.Click "Save" button

The default language is the same as Teampel Server installed.Support Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, and you can select the language on your needs.
We offer two options of International Server and China Server, and please select based on your location. If your company is outside mainland China, please select "International Server";If your company is in mainland China, please select "China Server".
Note:You must reboot Teampel service manually for the change to take effect.
